依照CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements Certificate Policy for the Issuance and Management of Publicly-Trusted Certificates，憑證機構應提供應用軟體廠商(Application Software Provider)，分別安裝有效、已廢止與已過期的TLS憑證，供應用軟體廠商測試其軟體是否能使用該TLS憑證串連至HiPKI RCA的自簽憑證。
